How fast is express delivery?

Orders placed before 1400 are dispatched the same day and express delivery is 1-2 working days (essentially its next day delivery service however based on the delays in some depots we do advice up to 2 working days)

How fast is standard delivery?

Orders placed before 1200 are dispatched the same day and standard delivery is 3-4 working days

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We currently only deliver to UK mainland. We can deliver to some other locations outside of the mainland but please get in touch first if you need a delivery here before placing an order to confirm these shipping charges

Can you send out samples?

Yes please call us on 01249 588599 and we will gladly assist you

Can you supply profiles in lengths other than what is shown on the site?

Most profiles can be cut to size, please check with us first before ordering

What is the best way to colour match the profiles with my flooring?

If you are able to travel to our warehouse in Chippenham with a sample of your flooring we would be delighted to who you some products. Alternatively you can send us a photo or sample of your flooring and we can send you some samples of the profiles you are interested in. You will then have the final choice from the selection on offer.

Do you sell replacement inserts for stair nosings?

We have a limited range of replacement inserts please get in touch so we can check your requirements
